Bruno Di Marino

Graduated as a Bachelor of Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro – PUC Rio, where he also got his Masters in General State Theory and Constitutional Law in 2001. Worked for several firms, such as Villemor Amaral Advogados; Costa e Silva, Tavares e Di Marino; Siqueira Castro – Advogados; and Andrade & Fichtner – Advogados. In January 2009, he founded Basilio Law Firm. As such, he has accumulated professional experience in the Civil, Commercial and Tax Litigation areas, arguing cases in State, Federal and higher Courts, especially the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), but also before the Supreme Federal Court (STF). Mr. Di Marino is also specialized in Preventive Consulting in Civil, Commercial, Constitutional and Administrative Law, including the drafting of legal opinions and civil and commercial agreements.

He is also the author of several books published in PUC – Rio, newspapers and legal journals, in addition to giving speeches. In 2014, he published the book “Mito & Direito: A Festa de Eros”; in 2015, the book “Sintomas”; in 2016, the book “Eu nunca sei”; and in 2017, the books “O Cavaleiro Andante” and “A querela do infinito”, all edited by the author.
